This is one of my most variable glazes. The chemistry is finely balanced and very small changes in the composition or the firing can make a big difference to the result. This example has soft blue primary crystals (rather than the more usual pale green) set on a golden-tan ground with a scattering of secondary crystals.<\/p>\n
