CDT

Description

The composition of the porcelain body greatly influences the colour of the glaze and the development of the crystals. CDT is made from my custom porcelain number 14, which uses only kaolin and bentonite as the clay component. The kaolin is Standard Porcelain China Clay which is exceptionally low in both iron and titanium resulting in a very delicate series of pale blue/green crystals set on an amber ground.
