Description
This porcelain bowl form features my iron gold crystalline glaze. Golden crystals with dark centres float on a complex ground packed with a variety of secondaries. My custom porcelain, number 128 is specially formulated for the partcular demands created by having crystalline glaze on both sides of a thin walled piece, it is extremely clean burning. Photographed on a dull wet day under trees in Towneley Park, these images are mainly illuminated by flash.
